PRODUCT LINE AUTOMATION WITH OMRON IA INSTRUMENTATION
Automation is the use of control systems and information technologies to reduce the need for human work in the production of goods and services. In the scope of industrialization, automation is a step beyond mechanization. Whereas mechanization provided human operators with machinery to assist them with the muscular requirements of work, automation greatly decreases the need for human sensory and mental requirements as well. Automation plays an increasingly important role in the world economy and in daily experience.

MEASUREMENT AND ACCURATE ANALYSIS WITH HACH LANGE, VEGA, SIEMENS or ENDRESS + HAUSER INSTRUMENTATION
Instrumentation is defined as the art and science of measurement and control.
An instrument is a device that measures and/or regulates process variables such as flow, temperature, level, or pressure. Instruments include many varied contrivances which can be as simple as valves and transmitters, and as complex as analyzers. Instruments often comprise control systems of varied processes such as refineries, factories, and vehicles. The control of processes is one of the main branches of applied instrumentation. Instrumentation can also refer to handheld devices that measure some desired variable. Diverse handheld instrumentation is common in laboratories, but can be found in the household as well. For example, a smoke detector is a common instrument found in most western homes.

HMI - CONTROL INTERFACES SPECIALIZED FOR AUTOMATED PRODUCTION LINES
An interface is a point of interaction between two systems or work groups. In the manufacturing environment, the interaction and coordination between a number of work groups communicate plans and control production activity. This interaction can come in the forms of schedule, human interaction, computer systems, or any other medium of communication. A physical interface is the interconnection between two items of hardware or machinery.
